Well it is usually wishful thinking in this case because guys like that have girfriends or wives and put on a front to satify the student, sometimes if they don't feel likegiving out real answers. If he really likes then the will come right out and say it if he doesn't then he will say it. I as I said he could be kidding around with you because he knows how 18 year old girls think. I would not think much more to it unless he brings up that he wants to date. It is best that you find someone outside the school, anyway I don't think I would want to date a school administrator, does not sound to appetizing to me. It is really what you want to do but remember your boundaries when you are in school, if he wants to date you make it a secret at school so no trouble gets started. That is when you would have more trouble on your hands then you can deal with. You hear a lot about teachers and administrators getting in trouble over students, so this just a piece of advice to help you with your decision whatever it might be.

Well, if he wants to loose his job, face potential jail time, or fines then sure persue it. You may be 18, but I'm sure the school has rules about such things. If you think you can hide it, you're wrong. It always comes out. Wait until you graduate. See if he's still flirty then or if he just has some student/administration fantasy.

Yes, but even though your 18, he could still get fired for having a relationship with a student. If I were you I would wait until I graduated before I went out with him.

It's definitely possible that something could happen if both parties are willing.
Don't forget, you're both of legal age. Anything's possible.
