You are second cousins. If neither of you see a problem with it, then I think it's legal. I wouldn't recommend telling your other relatives though (or anybody else!), because they would probably think you're sick.

What it really comes down to is, Do you two both think it's right? Do either of you mind keeping it a secret from friends and family? If she would get pregnant, then what would happen? There are a lot of things you both have to think through before doing something like this.

It's second cousin and I think it's kinda questionable to be doing that.

That makes you her second cousin. I suppose it's not technically incest (FDR and Elanor Roosevelt were 2nd cousins too), but it still wouldn't sit right with me.

She's your second cousin once removed and while it's accepted, it's still questionable, the genes are still pretty close.

that makes her your second cousin... also known as kissing cousins.... there isn't anything legally wrong with that, but, I personally wouldn't suggest having kids with her... you both have the same great- grandparents!

It is legal in most states to marry your second cousins these days. No harm.

That makes you 2nd cousins.

I wouldn't recommend it. Your family would not approve.

If you're kinky like that, I'd do my best to keep it under wraps w/the family.
