Hey Crystal Lynn, maybe she lost her job through no fault of her own (like a company closing, etc.)
Man, you're being kinda harsh. What if it happened to you?
As for your question, the best thing to do is try and settle out of court whenever possible. That way a judge may not be involved and you won't be held in contempt if you default on the terms the judge has laid out. When you are behind on bills, it's best to be up front with banks. If you explain your circumstances, they are more likely to work with you and they won't need a reason to go to court.

You will have bad credit if you don't pay your car off. You can get it repossed also, which will look really bad on your credit report. Take you time, explain to them what is going on in your life.
It will really help if you can't make the whole payment but you make the interest payment because then you don't get so far behind.
Good Luck!!!

No, not against me, but I know credit law and I can tell you that the judgment won't disappear until you pay it. Even when the statute runs out,it can be renewed.

You try to make payment arrangements,
Once they have a judgement, they can go in and take any money in any checking account with your name on it.
If you are working, they can garnish ( take) about 25 percent of the paycheck before you get it.

Non-payment of car is only civil in nature when no fraud is involved. You just have to pay the arrears and the penalties.

If you paid your bills in the first place you wouldn't be in this situation, asking this question. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions.
