a round ceramic brush

A round, anti-static brush. With a round brush its just easier because then that way if you want to, you can give your hair volume, or you can blow it back so your hair would flow together, you can also flare your hair with a round brush, or curl it under. It just gives you more opitions. And an Anti-Static brush because I'm sure you know what sometimes when you brush your hair it becomes all staticy. That way when you do brush it, it wont be. Go to a Sallys Beauty Supply store, if you have one around... they have all kinds of good brushes for a good price.

Yes, The round brush with a ceramic covering over the barrel and short black bristles is the best brush to use when you blow dry your hair. It helps keep away the frizzies and static electricity or fly away hair. I bought mine at Sally's Beauty Supply.

A round metal or ceramic vented brush for volume, or a vented regular brush or paddle brush for straight hair.

T3 tourmaline ceramic round brush. Bit pricey, but a great investment. Makes hair so soft and shiny.

it depends on your hair type. thin straight hair is good with a round brush. thick straight hair (like mine) is good with a flat wide brush.

boar bristles are good, the plastic ones with the little beads on the end are really tough on your hair and can damage it more, but its pretty much the only cheap ones out there.

really, you should use a wide tooth comb, its the best for your hair.

i blow dry by itself, then when its mostly dry i'm comb it out, then when its fully dry i'll use a brush (the wide flat one cause i have WAY too much hair)

Don't use a brush at all, it beaks through your hair to create split ends. Use a comb instead and save you hair, it'll look a lot healthier.
