I used to have very thick hair. Over the past year, I have noticed thinning esp. in the frontal area w/ breakage and an increase in falling out while shampooing and styling. I have tried almosy everything? My hair is still frizzy w/ some dryness but also feels limp and thin. What should I do? Please help!!!!

I would recommend that you see a doctor.

You don't mention how old you are, but it's very possible for hair to change in texture depending on the hormone levels in your body. It might also be stress related. Have you tried taking multi-vitamins? How's your diet? Have you gotten blood tests done at the doctor's lately?

It could be a lot of things, and if you're noticing a thinning, go talk to your doctor.

Several things could be going on...Aging, styling products, meds. Check with a dermatologist.

Are you pulling it back into a tight ponytail every morning? That can do what you are describing.
