What's the best DIY way to remove facial hair? Beauty salon is too expensive!! Hope to find something cheaper and really works. Will my facial hair grow back again?

If by DIY you mean Dye, then there are special facial bleaching creams.As far as removals there is the option of lazer hair removal.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

U get loads of wax products in any store..u can use peel-off wax for ur upper lip and chin areas..they r damn cheap and u might have to do them once or twice a month.
Or u can use depilating cremes to remove the hair too..but pls dont shave!
