why have sex with someone who hasn't spoken to you in 6 months. has he tried to contact you in those 6 months? if he's tried, give him a shot. but if it's outta the blue, turn and run. cuz he may not feel the same way, and just looking for a booty call.

Don't have sex, he is just going to use you for a quick cure to his dry spell and then move on again. You don't want to be the reason he gets a laugh.

you told him you missed him not that you missed sex...sounds like he is just looking for another roll in the hay. If you are not looking to get back together and neither is I wouldnt advise doing it.

at first how old are you? if you are +18 then its ok. but if you dont want to have it right now, then tell him that you'r not ready for that. Don lie cause a small lie can break up your relationship.

You do what you feel comfortable. You shouldnt have sex because you feel obligated but because you feel comfortable. Think before you let it go.
