Having a disabled family member has nothing to do with YOUR eligibility for a license. You qualify or not on your own.

you can not have a drivers license because your disabled person is soon to develope a drinking problem and we must keep them off the road by stopping people like you who would take them to get more beer...also there is now a cerfew for you to be home at 11:00 pm till 6:00am you must be at home!!!
