Use a file splitter.

Is it a text file or csv.
Just break it apart using a text editor
Use another program (Access) to divide it up and strip away un neede info to lower the rows

import the list into Access. It has a limit of 2Million.

Then, you can do queries on subsets of data and import it into Excel if you wish.

if mine is on that list remove it
