I went to my buddies office to take him to breakfast and talk about the coming business year. His secretary (neice) hands me a box and says happy holidays! I thank her and then in the car I open the box and its a picture of her butt naked and a invite to call her for a "GREAT TIME"!

Could be your buddy is setting you up or his secretary really like. If you are not into kinky stuff then when you go back to your buddies off tell the secretary that you appreciate the gift that she gave you but you are not interested especially if you have a girlfriend. There could be another reason behind like I said it could be a set up to see if you would fall for it, if you are the type to fall for a joke, but the only way you will find out is to talk to the secretary or tell your boss.

weigh your options and don't get into something you may not be able to get out of without a lot of hurt for you or her. You don't know exactly what she is looking for.
