To be honest, I know it sounds kind of lame but whenever I meet someone new I can be very talkative when I am in person with them but get really nervous and quiet on the phone. I usually try to refrain from talking on the phone as much as possible with them and try to rely on text messages. I feel like such a douche for doing it but I can't help it because I am so nervous and afraid that there isn't going anything to say that I just avoid phone conversations unless I have no choice.
I'm trying to get over that lame little fear of mine but I just wanted to let you know that it most likely means that a.) she is nervous b.) doesn't like to talk on the phone or c.) really has nothing to say or a combo of all. (Im a mix between a. and b....lol..) but don't worry because none of them have to do with disliking you and if anything indicate that she does.
Just try to think of more things to talk to her about that will get her talking (like questions about her family, hobbies and interests, school, work, etc) and I'm sure she will eventually open up and be more sociable with you. Good luck :)

If you guys talked on the phone a lot before, then obviously you guys talked on the phone too much. She probably ran out of things to say. Try calling her just to say hi, keep the convo real short...try it for the next couple of weeks and I promise it'll seem like she has a whole lot to say.

Some people just don't like talking on the phone. My situation was opposite of yours. My girl would talk on the phone, but not in person. I haven't really yet found a way to counter this, but to try to talk to them. At least she talks to you in person though. Just don't worry about the phone. It's not that important dude. If you talk too much on the phone then you will have nothing to talk about in person.

Alot of girls arn't what is known as "phone people" Dont take it personally it just means she feels extremely comfortable talking with you in person, and that she simply just doesnt like to talk on the phone. Its completely normal! Dont worry just be yourself and everything will work out.

hey! Well if she did in the beginning, she was probably trying to flirt and win over your affection, now that maybe shes heard that you feel the same way about her, she is a little more nervous and doesn't want to say anything wrong or "embarassing"...girls are so weird, but i dont doubt that she still likes you!

some times it just better to be face to face she may not know what to talk about either so just tell her you are going to just sit there and not say anything that its her turn to talk and seee what happens
