Plain Claritin doesn't have anything in it that would conflict with your Tylenol Cold.
However, if you're taking Claritin-D there may be a problem. Too much pseudophed in your system is not a good thing and some people can have heart problems from it.
If you usually take Claritin-D, I'd switch to plain Claritin until you're off the Tylenol Cold.

I see no reason it would cause problems. Other then an overly dry nose. My daughter takes allergy pills (stronger then claritin) everyday and when she has a cold or the flu she takes her regular cold medicines along with it. The Doctor's have never suggested the opposite.
Obviously the wisest solution is to take a few minutes and call your pharmacist.

What is Claritin?
Claritin (loratadine) is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.
Claritin is used to treat sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other cold or allergy symptoms.
Claritin is also used to treat skin hives and itching in people with chronic skin reactions.

Your allergy medication is completely different from cold medication. You can confirm this with your doctor or pharmacist. Go ahead and continue taking your daily allergy medication otherwise you'll end up with allergy symptoms on top of your cold symptoms... making you feel miserable.
