Think about it. The people that have had near death/out of body experiences always tell the same story. First they see themselves from above, then they see a light, then they go into it, meet dead relatives, are told its not their time, and go back.
Now some people say its just chemicals released as the brain dies, but listen to this: you know how i said that they see themselves from above?
Well, some 'die' on operating tables, and when they 'come back' they can describe the operation perfectly. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IF THE BRAIN ISNT WORKING?
And what of these people who have memories of a 'previous life'?
And through all those, there is no mention of a god.
I think there may be something after death
Still, better to think theres nothing and be pleasantly surprised.
P.S. I'll add some sources to this when i find some,

Well, there are some scientific grounds for reincarnation...
When the body dies, the brain releases a shockwave of brainwaves with everything the brain has ever accumulated in one short blast. Now, when a person, say an unborn child, intercepts these brainwaves, then they are written in the child's subconsious.
It's a theory, but still a very loose one with many holes that need filled.

I don't believe there is any kind of life possible without God. I have also read many afterlife experiences, and I have never heard one yet that was creditable that could not be explained in the context of what the Bible teaches. In the accounts I've read, God is always central. How would you be pleasantly surprised if there was nothing? Don't you understand if that was the case there would be no "you" to be pleasantly surprised ?

You need to do more research. There is life after dead, heaven or hell. Jesus was raised from the dead, I trust the father to do the same for me. "better to think theres nothing and be pleasantly surprised." It is better to live your life, like there is a heaven, not wait and end up sorry that you did not, this is the win win situation.

Yes, I do. The reason many are able to have 'after death' and 'past life' experiences is due to the existence of the soul.

No it's not possible to have an afterlife without a god. It's like saying we can stay alive without oxygen.

Hi!
I'm sure there is an afterlife, because I was not born here first ... I was born 'there'... and yes, there is a God.... just like here, but you can't see Him unless you see everything as God.... and then you can see Him very clearly ....

No, its not possible. Jesus Christ is the only way to everlasting life. And out of all those people you're describing how many are actually Christians? Saved? Filled with the holy ghost? Pray? Read their bible? And live their life for God? Think about that.

No I don't think that is possible. The foundation of life basic building blocks make it impossible... Jim

What do you mean there is NO mention of God? You must be reading the accounts given by people who went the "other" way. Jesus is mentioned in over 80% of such accounts. Get your facts straight. Funny, NOBODY mentions mohamed
