You need QuickTime to play .mov files.

If you have a DVD player on your computer open the file using that utility. Also go tomicrosoft updates and ether upgrade your media player to 11 (Which plays MOV files) or downlaod the quicktime plug-in. Quick time is actually for MPEG 4 files.

you can install quick time or u can try to install codec to ur comp or u should try install vlc media player
