So it's a dish that I know has grapes, cream cheese, brown sugar, and walnuts, but I don't know the exact recipe or the other ingredients. Please help! Muchos Gracias!

It's actually a common fruit spread, you can pretty much substitute any type of fruit, it's the spread/dip that matters. This recipe calls for pecans, but you could use walnuts... I've also had it made with more brown sugar instead of white... anyway I got this from Allrecipes.com (my favorite website) and it was very highly rated.

SERVINGS About scaling and conversions

INGREDIENTS
4 pounds seedless green grapes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ounces chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.
