Wash legs well, dip in beaten egg and coat with seasoned breadcrumbs or seasoned flour and deep fry. Or if you love them as much as I do, melt about two tablespoons of butter in a saute pan, add chopped garlic and saute for about 3 minutes, pour in dry white wine to a depth of about 1/2" bring to a nice simmer and poach the frog legs for about 5 to 8 minutes depending on size. Remove legs when done and keep warm. Bring poaching liquid to a boil and reduce by half, add some additional butter and stir in two tablespoons flour. Reduce heat and stir until sauce has thickened. Serve sauce over legs. Rice is nice on the side.

best way to prepare frog legs is scampi style or with the same ingredients you would use to make chiken cacciatore, also make a small incision along the tendons to keep them from jumping out of the frying pan

i like to sprinkle them with some garlic powder and black pepper and then dip them in flour and pan fry. they're very beneficial that way. and that they do no longer take very long to cook dinner. wish that enables.

I know that they can be boiled or baked in the oven...
But i don't know any special ways of making them flavourful, but i would just treat them like you would meat. Baste them in w/e you like.

I'd shave them with cream, not gel, tie their laces, pull up their socks, give a quick rubdown to their hamstrings & send them on their way....
