For the last couple of days i've been getting really bad pains in my right collar bone and its spread all down my arm i hate doctors so i refuse to go. does anyone have anyone have an idea what it could be?

It sounds like a pinched nerve in your neck or back, but if it continues it might not be a bad idea to go to the doctor anyway. If it was on the left side I would be more concerned, but it sounds more like a pinched nerve than a heart attack.

If you aren't willing to see a doctor, you could try a McTimoney Chiropractor, they deal with most aches and pains. Pains down your arm usually come from the neck area. It's called referred pain.

My experience of doctors these days is that they are okay for ruling out something worrying but for most pains they say rest and take ibuprofen which doesn't solve anything.

It could be a any number of things- Including a heart attack.

yes its something a Physio can correct for you so get your doctor to send you to one but you can arrange it without going to your doctor but it will cost you privately
