Unless you have bald patches, your hair is coming out because it is growing. Try brushing in the tub before you shower. It will get some of them out and you can clean the drain when you get out. Don't brush it wet. It will break.

Apply warm coconut oil twice a week. After applying, wrap a towel soaked in hot (not too hot) water over your head so that the oil can be absorbed for around 1o to 20 minutes. Apply olive oil once in a while. These oils strengthen the hair.
Make shoeflowers (Hibiscus) into a paste and apply it and wash it after 15 minutes or so.
Always use only very litttttttle quantity of very mild shampoo. Dilute it with water, don't put it directly on hair. Most shampoos are very harsh on the hair and cause more damage than they do good.
Lead a stress free life.
Add more vitamin E to your diet. Add curry leaves, fishes and eggs to your food. Importantly curry leaves - they are good for hair growth.
Be patient for results to show.

There's no real way if there's no medical cause for it (disease, stress, vitamin deficiency etc). It's natural to lose quite a few hairs a day. I lose a lot too.
To keep it from making a mess around your house and clogging your shower drain, try brushing it often with a natural bristle brush, and don't yank on it. do it as gently as possible.

You normally shed 80-100 hairs per day.
Are you under a lot of stress? that can also contribute. If you feel you are losing more than that and have any other health issues speak to your doctor or dermatologist.

It's stress. That is why I use to loss my hair soo much a few months ago. As of right now, I really don't have that issue anymore. So, don't stress about it. It will stop.

you could try conditioning your hair better. But unfortunately, some people naturally lose more hair than others. Good luck with finding a solution.

That happens to me 2 I'm pretty sure it's normal, unless you're losing whole clumps of hair at one time

Vitamin E, usually pregnant women take it to prevent hair loss and teeth loss. Vitamin E should help strengthen your hair, and help it to grow more.

Maybe it falls out a lot because you mess with it or brush it a lot. Also, using curling irons, straighteners, and blow dryers may contribute to it
