Me too I have this problem and its soooooooo embarrassing! Even if someone just says hello to me in the corridor at work I'm red. I think its because I m quite shy and don t have a lot of self confidence. Maybe its the same for u. I would love to be able not to blush, well, its not even blushing its a full on beetroot face! Sometimes I can fight it and try to relax a bit and sometimes it works and sometimes not. Perhaps we need practise! I read somewhere that the herb black cohosh can help with it. Best of luck.

I used to get embarrassed and go red when i was at school. I left 10 years ago and I don't think there has been an incident where I've gone red because i kinda grew out of it?!
I don't put myself in situations where I feel uncomfortable, I am always in control and if I make a mistake, I think 'I'm only human' and can laugh at myself without wanting the ground to swallow me whole.
Maybe it's a confidence issue you need to work on?

Relax. When you feel this blushing coming. Just breath in and out and start talking about something. It will pass. I did this once when a good looking doctor walked into the examining room to check me out when I was sick. It was very embarrassing and I just started talking and it went away. The weirdest thing though!

It's a nervous reaction. You need to relax more. As you get used to dealing with situations, it will happen less often.
Don't worry, blushing can be a turn on. (Or is that what you're worried about?)

If you mean when you are embarassed there isn't anything you can do.
For me exercise does it - go red instantly and stay like that for an hour or so and I don't have bad circulation either!

Might be rosacea (a skin disorder that causes that sort of redness.)

Care less what people think of you. If you convince yourself in your fundamental attitude that you have nothing to be embarrased about, you will not be embarrased.
Used to happen to me too, horrible isn't it?

Why are you going red? Is it a medical condition? Are you embarrassed? What...?
