Don't let her sleep as long for the afternoon nap and see if that has an impact. If nothing changes, just get a bedtime routine going, follow-through on it every night and don't tolerate the tantrum. don't even argue about it with her. Bedtime is bedtime, put her down and keep doing it without talking to her until she falls asleep. It may take a while, but she'll start to understand that nothing she does will change that it's bedtime and she'll stop wasting her energy.

To add to the great advice...keep at least 5-6 hours from the time she wakes up from her nap until she goes to bed...she'll be ready. Also, let her skip her nap for a day or two...she'll be really tired and ready for bed. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't.
