Can you become dyslexic as you grow older?

Or is this something that you are born with?

Dyslexia is something you are born with. However, people who suffer brain damage, have a stroke, etc. can develop reading problems where there were none before. Then it is not called dyslexia.

It can be developed if you damage the languagecenter in the brain.
