Yes, it's www.chick.com and it's run by Jack Chick. As the other answers have pointed out, some of his tracts are very unloving and judgemental; IMHO, not all of his tracts give a very good Christian witness. Yet, Jack Chick has produced several masterpieces that are EXCELLENT witnessing and/or evangelizing tools:

I believe that the exact name is "Chick Publications." Do a quick google search--I would try "chick gospel tracts". By the way, they make excellent Christian comics; if you can't find them, contact "Last Days Ministries" founded by Keith and Melody Greene.

Yeah. They're ridiculous. They try to bash the Catholic faith, but only show their ignorance. Don't get sucked in by their anti-Catholicism. It's pathetic.
