I can't decide if I should wear my hair straight (with a pretty headband) or wavy (the top loosely pinned back & with face framers) for my company holiday party on Wed. What do you think?

What's your whole get up?
Wavy is more suitable for a sexy, flirtatious outfit like a flowing dress or anything more feminine.
But if you're gonna use a sleek tight-fitting ensemble, I'd say go for straight.
Play dress at home first and see what suits the outfit.

I think wavy is the way to go. I love my waves and framers are really pretty

It depends on what you're wearing. If you're going for a sleek look, go straight. If you're going for something a little more fun and cozy, go wavy. My hair is naturally wavy, but I straighten it when I need to do something work-related. :) Have fun!
