LOL....it means, that you have to look at this relationship like your on a journey. Some of us are passengers and some of us are drivers. And then there are people like me who are back seat drivers, that try to tell the driver how to drive and where to go!
What take it slow means, is just be a passenger in this relationship! Enjoy the ride, don't rush things like moving in together, titles, and marriage. Just let things happen as they happen! And try to keep your mouth shut when you start feeling yourself want to push things along faster. Don't grab the steering wheel. That's the drivers job.....just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride!

Taking it slow can mean different things to people, but some of the ways are not seeing each other everyday, not even necessarily talking everyday, no talk about the future, doing things on your own with friends and not expecting the other person has to come along, etc. Get to know each other a little at a time and remember taking it slow also means sex. Alot of guys say they want to take it slow but not when it comes to sex, they don't mind taking that right away, but believe me it's the most important part. If you give him that right away, alot of times he doesn't even care to discover the rest of the relationship, so be careful.

What were u thinking when "we" decided? Were u the one who brought up the subject? or her?
If u didnt ask for it but admitted to it coz she said it first then u better look out okay.. this may mean that shes not ready for ANY commitment emotionally.. Sex or no sex, emotionally shes not ready.. This may be coz her past or she s still in another relationship or shes a player.. (if ur the one who decides to take it slow, it means that ur the one whos not ready emotionally)
To me, when ur in love why hold back..u love with all your heart and soul and go with the flow.. why should we hold back watever we're feeling.. But of course, not up to an obsessive stage.
If u start calling her every 15mins and checking her when shes to work, then thats ur problem..
U gotta detect whats causing u guys to want to slow down..

Means you both want to take it slow. Personally, it aint a bad thing as long as YOU have are a Man with a Plan...in other words, you do want to take this further.

it means that you don't do anything you aren't ready for. whether that be kissing, sex, visiting each other's families, etc. Taking it slow just means you aren't in a rush to be in a very serious "married" like relationship. you want to let it come as it comes and appreciate it.

Basically it means you don't want to rush into a deep commitment of any kind just yet, you want to have fun and enjoy each others company. If something serious may arise, great, if not, you will know.
