I know this question gets asked 10 times a day but all the other questions didnt cover exactly what I'm trying to figure out. I've been off birth control for about a year now...I've had abnormalties on my cervix twice with both times I had biopsys which both times came back normal i have a follow up for the most recent biopsy in March...anyway I was due for my period around 11/16 and I have yet to recieve it...I've never really kept up with my period and the exact dating of it so when i took the first few pregnancy test I probably wasn't even late yet gosh im rambling..okay basically im almost a month late..I have a pregnancy test and im debating whether i should take it or wait a little longer. I don't really have any symptoms rather than possible food craving..teeth have started bleeding and when i use the rest room i kinda get a small cramping...also, when i have to use the bathroom it almost seems like ive been holding it for hours when i just went is this sign or maybe a UTI?

Take the test. It is the only way to know for sure. No peeing a lot is not a sign of a UTI. Feeling like you need to pee and then nothing or very little coming out is a sign of a UTI. Also.. you could have tested to early before. My teeth started bleeding before I found out I was pregnant and I still get small cramping sometimes. I would say chances are good. Take the test. And then update us. Good luck

I would take the test simply to rule out the possibility of pregnancy. If you have had cervical concerns in the past, I would mention the late period to your doctor ASAP. Cramping while peeing and bleeding gums are not common signs of pregnancy. Your history suggests delving furthur into the causes.
Often, bladder infections or cervical problems can cause these types of symptoms as well. As for the food craving, these come and go all through life whether we are pregnant or not.
To be safe, check with your doctor as soon as you can. It may be nothing, but you may be catching something in time before it becomes serious.

well it has been a month are you debating about the test because you don't want another neg result? if you are indeed a month late the test will tell you now with no doubt. and if it is neg you need to find out if there is something else wrong, from the sound of you question I can tell you really want to be pregnant, if this is true I will keep my fingers crossed for you, so go take that test now! but let us all know what it says. Good Luck!!!

It's unlikely that you are missing your period due to birth control... sure, people get some irregular cycles, but these should usually go back to normal in 2-3 months.
With regards to the peeing problem... this is quite possibly a UTI or a kidney infection. Try some AZO Test strips... that will help you figure out if it is a UTI. You can get them over the counter (OTC) in most pharmacies. (I'd get them regardless and keep them around, they are handy for assessing UTI.) IF AZO strip gets a high white blood cell count, then call your OB immediately -- with previous cervical issues, I wouldn't trust OTC UTI treatments without consulting OB first.
If AZO test strip comes back fine... try your pregnancy test kit and/or see your OB.

If you're concerned that you're pregnant then I could move and take a hpt experiment. It would simply be in view that you have been beneath such a lot strain final month that your frame continues to be adjusting and that's why your interval is past due. I could nonetheless take a experiment for peace of brain. Good Luck!!!!

wait a few more days and then buy a pregnacy test look for one that says it can tell you within so many days of your missed period. as for the peeing problem i would call you doc and ask for a urinalysis to rule out infection. if you are pregnant you want to nip a UTI in the butt or it could cause you problems later.

I would take the test. It sounds to me like you may possibly be pregnant. I have that same feeling when I pee but that's because I am 39 weeks and the baby is on my bladder...however your gums bleeding that sound like a pregnancy symptom to me. I don't know why but pregnancy makes your gums bleed.

Sounds like pregnancy to me -- I would take that test -- and post after you take it if you feel like -- i'm sure we'd all like to know if you are pregnant ('cause it sounds like you'd like to be!)...i'm assuming that's why you went off bc.
Good luck -- take the test -- by this time, you don't have to use first morning urine -- just pee on that stick!!!
