The question should be a real question and something YOU care about. If you are interested in it, then ask it. Don't act as a moron trying to get attention because of low self esteem, thinking being stupid is only way to get attention.

No, it is not possible. Each of use can only answer and/or ask that which is in us to. Therefore, the expectations of others will only be seen in our questions and/or answers if they reflect that of another individual.

if I don't know the answer or want to be bothered in responding I move on to the next question. nothing says a person has to answer all the questions

You can ask any question you want as long as it's in Yahoo's guidelines. That doesn't mean that anybody has to anwer it.
