is it weird for an ex-girlfriend/ baby momma to buy the father something for chirstmas? does it mean that she would love to have him back or what? my boyfriend's baby mom is going to get him something for christmas. it sounds weird to me because i wouldn't think of getting my baby father something.

My ex used to make sure my lil'girl always had a gift to give to me. It was an act of kindness on her part, but she did it for our daughter, so she would feel good giving me something. As to your friend, my guess, she has more intentions than making her child happy. I'm sure she is trying to get her baby's father's attention.

You might concider getting your babiy's father a christmas gift from the child!! In doing this the child will grow up and usually will want a relationship with the father!! One thing to always remember is as the other woman in this childs life never never talk bad about the mother/father in front of the child (no matter how old or young they are)!!!

There's always that connection, which is the baby. Just trying to keep things festive and amicable I guess. So, no I don't think it's weird, if their relationship is friendly.
I doubt there are any ulterior motives (granted I don't know the people involved, so I have to give the benefit of the doubt).
