No, 5% is norm, there are stronger beers, but the same Alcohol content

but you might think this becasue you get a worse hangover after tap beer, the problem is not cleaning the taps, Yeast becomes a huge problem if the taps are not clean out often, it happens at Chillis by me some times, and everyone gets a bad headace after.

but a clean tap with a good keg of beer in it will be even better then the bottle, becuse that is where it is coming from the 1st time, not the 2nd like in a bottle or can

The alcohol content is the same in bottled beer and draft, unless you are in a state that only sells 3.5% beer instead of 6% beer like Texas.

However draft beer is beer in its purest state, unlike bottled beer, draft beer is unpastuerized, therefore contains some micro-organisms and bacteria that bottled beer wont contain, though not harmful... glass for glass draft beer will always leave you with a worse hangover

it is the same intox. draft beer is more fresh, cous bottled beer might lose some of its strenght, after long time.

No, the content is still the same. Draft tends to have more oxygen so it has more foam, but it still is the same thing you're drinking.
