Hi,
I specialize in helping people lose weight easily and quickly.
I also used to have a heavier thigh and butt but managed to look much better after a detox.
Would you consider doing a detox?
If you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- the loss of some excess pounds as well,
All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even my babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out.
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)

Numerous ways! Walking a lot at a larger step helps work upper thighs and the butt area. Step Aerobics is also a lot of fun and can work out your lower body very effectively. It just depends on what kind of workouts you like. Do you want to use machinery? Then head to a gym and find something you like. Do you need to be distracted? Not feel like your exercising? Then step aerobics, dancing, walking, etc would probably be really good!

That's what I want to do, and I found I've been getting compliments like, "You're getting skinnier!" because of this...
EXERCISE! Mon-Fri, I do half an hour of basketball right before lunch. On Thurs, I go to the Fitness Center, work out for 15 min on the bike machine thing. Then I lift easy weights, do some exercises with them. 2 sets of 10 sit-ups, maybe a 2 laps around the track. It's gradual, but it is healthy and it works to keep off the stuff you don't want.
Also, eat big breakfasts, healthy (but can be big-keyword: healthy) lunches, and eat very little for dinner. Big breakfasts also wake up that brain power. If you flip the breakfast and dinner quantities around, you gain more, because your body stores all that dinner food cuz it knows that you won't eat a big breakfast: hence, the weight.
Exercise is also supposed to curb your appetite.
G'luck!

Cardio! You cant spot lose weight, its just not going to happen. You have to lose body fat all over.
Just do cardio exercise at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. In the mean time while you are waiting for results, I would try doing some toning exercizes. Pilates is great! There are a lot of workout videos out there.

attempt Lunges and jog or walk. you could do exactly fifty lunges an afternoon in like 5 min that could be functional. A Lunge is the first step foot ahead about 3 ft and go right down to the floor like on one knee yet dont contact then come again up and placed the different foot in the front repeat 50 circumstances.

eat properly with the right portions and you have to burn fat, so you will need to do cardio, as well as firming up (squats, lunges) spot training doesn't work you do need the cardio, I love the Windsor Pilate videos they are awesome for butt and thighs!!!
