The quote is..."When there's no more room in hell, the dead will walk the earth." At least that was on the movie poster for the original DAWN OF THE DEAD. I've never forgotten it, I was so creeped out.

Can a mystical place reach maximum occupancy? hmmmmm? Maybe the Devil is really big, spiritually speaking and he'll take up a lot of room, or souls will be shrunk to the size of a speck of dust! Then you can "fit" them in this alternate spiritual realm part of the universe just for punishment.
With all the other billions of planets, why would they walk this one?

Hell doesn't have any dimensions, since it exists outside of time and space. It is not a "place" in the sense that we, who live in time and space, understand that term. Hell is the state of total separation from God and, since God is the source of all that is good, therefore total separation from everything that is good, and eternal existence in the presence of all that is evil.

Hell doesn't exist.
If hell did exist, I would think it would be not so much a tangible place as a state of mind. So how could that become full?
As to your quotation, it appears to be from Dawn of the Dead.

no since i don't believe in a hell. they already are either walking around already or some are just gone.
