I guess the man that you are talking about here is a kind of stranger to us. Yes, I will still tell him. That would be an embarassing thing for him. But I will tell him in soft low-tone voice, hoping that he is the only one who hears what I am saying in a polite distance of making conversation between two strangers.

Of course. Who knows how long the poor guy has been walking around exposed because everyone else is too embarrassed to tell him. I don't care if he knows I had to look at his crotch to notice. It's only human.
