Measure the space (H X W D) where you want to put said box and find one that fits. Too often I've seen people buy an enclosure and not have it fit.

Look around on the net, there are companies that make custom enclosures that fit neatly.

Be aware Legacy isn't the greatest brand.

If you want to make your own enclosure, here's a starting point:

As long as the current head unit has preouts, and most do, you should be fine. Even if it doesn't, you should still be fine. Go ahead and get what you want. It should sound pretty good in your Yukon.

If you are stil in doubt, print out the ebay page and visit a custom audio installer to find out what they think. You might even get a better deal there.

Good sound should take your mind off of the lousy gas mileage. Just kidding. Hope this helps.

vehicle audio is a sore challenge because many aspects can run into "garbage" sounding subs. type of subs, from what it sounds like you dont favor to spend alot of money so that you prob. have 2 crapy subs and nevertheless favor to bass demanding. type of container, sealed container receives you larger sounding yet ported container allow you to hit harder. as for an amp it relies upon lower back on how low-cost you want to be yet low-cost receives you "garbage" sound. examine rms score on subs and dont go over it with the amp.

If I read your question right, any sub will work as long as you can get it in there. If you want it to sound good, that's another story.
