We have just moved home to live close to my husbands family and I have no clue as to what my daughter can give her aunts & uncles for christmas & not spend a lot of money! Including my daughter we have 7 kids to buy for now. There are 7 Aunts & Uncles? HELP! I am not creative at all......so I am completely lost on this. Any ideas would be a GREAT help! Thanks!

She could make some homemade ornaments. Look on the computer. There are recipies for making like a hard ornament that takes glue, cinnamon and something else. They rolled them out and then cut them in different shapes with cookie cutters. If you can't find this recipie email me. I will try to get it for you. My brothers and sisters made them last year and gave them away. I would look for the homeade ornaments this is something that she is giving them that she made. mid22200@yahoo.com

Why not have your 3 year old color a picture for the Aunts and Uncles. A Christmas coloring book and a box of crayons doesn't cost very much but it is a gift that your child can give that is a part of themselves because they are the ones who spend their time to create it. You can also search for holiday crafts on the Internet.

Christmas is not about receiving, it is about giving. I would cherish a drawing from a niece or nephew more than something their parents bought at the store.

she could make them ornaments or take a good picture of her and get those ornaments that you can put a picture in and record a message. You can have her talk and say Merry Christmas and their names. They cost $6 or $7 at Target or Walmart!

Anything you and your child can "make" together would be nice.
I made felt cut-out mittens (they were ornamental) for my son's teachers last year. He helped me decorate them by gluing buttons and embellishments on them and then we tied them together with string. I made the mitten by tracing his hand on paper and then cutting the material from that pattern, so it was sort of personal that way.
Anything hand-made by your child (even if it's just a paper card) should be sufficient.

A picture of your child in a nice little frame. There are also all kinds of knickknacks you can buy that are cute and could have been written by a child.

My kids loved to color, and gave us and their grandmother about a thousand pictures.
Let her color something.
