Wouldn't his DNA be only from his mother, Mary, making him a clone of her. But since they are different sexes, that can't be possible. Or, didn't he have DNA. Or did Jesus have a special one-of-a-kind DNA.

I guess science will never explain this mystery and I'll have to rely on my faith (or lack of) for an explanation.

every Person born must have DNA 50/50 from Father & Mother! So he can't be a clone. Where did he get it? And if he is born from a virgin who gave it to him?
Really good your question. Well science doesn't believe in Virgin Birth. Your right its a question of faith.

Gods DNA! Jesus never sinned, and humans have a sinnful nature, so therefore he had to be mixed with God.
Have you watched the new movie..The Nativity...Great for Christmas and really shows what Mary and Joseph must have went through!

Impossible, if god had DNA, he would then be bound to it's code. And If god was capable of changing his DNA anytime he wanted it, what would be the point of him having DNA at all? Also, if god had DNA, he would have certain characteristics that seperates him from everything else, but since humans were made in the image of god, but we have a huge diversity of DNA, then god must not have DNA at all and that DNA is a product of our biological make up.

You are right if he had only his mammas DNA then he would have two X chromosomes, which means he was a biological female. But we know he dressed as a male(when he dressed !!) SO he was obviously a transvestite. Maybe thats why they have a lot of jesus happenings in places like New Orleans and Brasil?

Now if we could find his DNA and use it like they did in Jurasic Park, we could grow jesuses all over and have a park where people could go and feed them or take pictures with him. They could call it jesus Park!!

That's right, science will never explain the mysteries of God, for they lie outside the purview of science. Jesus did of course have DNA, for one cannot be human without it, and He was fully human, "a man like us in all things but sin".

God gave some of His DNA. God has a body of flesh and bones, He's not some ghostly spirit like some think. He's a seperate "person" from Jesus and the Holy Ghost.

From a scientific perspective, "virgin birth" is known as parthenogenesis. This means that an embryo or seed grew without being fertilized by a male. This process occurs naturally in some species (except humans), and in all cases, the outcome is a female.

He was not a clone of Mary - for one thing, He was male, she was female. But, I'm glad we don't know for certain what His DNA was or have any samples, otherwise someone out there would probably try to clone Him.
