Cardio work out twice a day.
Weights every other day in place of one cardio session.
Between 4-6 small balanced meals a day.
Plenty of sleep.
Plenty of water.
Eat high fiber complex carbs
Work out fasted first thing.

Forget starvation diets, potions, pills or any of the other crap people will try and sell you.
There is no miracle cure for weight loss.
Starving yourself will result in a loss of lean muscle tissue and slow your metabolism down. So your weight loss will probably in the long run cause weight gain.

It is very common to reach a plateau in weight loss. It usually means you need to do something a bit different to wake up the metabolism. Try a different kind of exercise fo a while; biking, hiking, swimming. You don't say if you put sauces or butter on anything, or salad dressings which all can add extra calories and fat that aren't needed. You say nothing about water intake, which is extremely important to weight loss, active people and good health. You should be drinking at least 6-8 glasses per day and if you live in a hot climate, more. Your daily diet sounds good, just don't starve yourself because that creates the metabolism reversing thinking it needs to conserve fat. Eat when you are hungry. I would include a handful of nuts (Almonds are good) with an apple, not just an apple by itself. Same with the yogurt, include a handful of berries and make sure the yogurt is low or non-fat.

without exercise you would likely gain it back anyways right? pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep
