There is a wine that my aunt really likes called Manachavitz? Or something like that. Try finding a bottle of that or just make some dish for dinner. My boyfriend pointed out that it's Hebrew.

I have a Jewish friend and I am not sure if it is the case for your friends but he loves bacon, pork, sausage, that sort of thing. Seems as if he's deprived and can't get enough of the stuff.
Remember that bacon isn't Kosher though so if you do bring it, maybe disguise it, or bring it with something else that is Kosher so you can kind of equal it out. I know nathan's hot dogs are Kosher and they taste wonderful, but not really a party item. Maybe make pigs in a blanket with them? Oh that'd be just fabulous.
Good luck, shalom shalom

Being a non-Jew is going to make food selection a wee bit of a challenge... essentially, Chanukkah foods are about oil... stuff cooked in oil... I love sufganiyot which are jelly donuts... but there are many types of Jew and each has their specific dishes... play it safe and either take wine (and it does not have to be Kosher unless your buddies are) or call you girlfriend and ask what she would like... a good "hostess" gift is always flowers and there's nothing to stop you taking those...
If you can find GELT (chocolate "money" wrapped in gold foil) a few bags of that for the kids might be appreciated.
Good luck it's a beautiful holiday.

Something Kosher? Joking apart, I seem to recall being told that there is something a Gentile can bring as a guest to Hanukkah; a special bread I think. I think though, a good Israeli wine ought to do the trick.

I would ask what you can bring just because they might already have something similar just as you would for any other party you are invited to. You can also bring a host/hostess gift instead of food.

totally bring latkes. soooo easy to make and good. just shred potoates in a bowl, (about 4-6 baking potatoes) add 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, parsley, and an egg. mix up well, add kosher salt and pepper, and fry in vegetable oil like you would a pancake. or if that's too involved for where you are going, go easy and bring manishewitz wine and a box of matzoh.

Depends on whether or not they're kosher. Do you know? You could always play it safe by going to the kosher shelf in the grocery store and picking up some macaroons, sparkling (non-alcoholic) apple or grape cider, and/or some chocolate covered jellies.

Jews want their food to be Kosher. Be sure they know it is if you bring food. Why not bring a box of chocolates or wine.

bring whatever you want. think of it as a christmas party. just find out if people going to the party keep kosher. if they do, just avoid foods that would violate those rules...in particular pork products, and dairy touching (as in the same plate) meat.
