A price advertisement is known as an 'Invitation To Treat'. If they then realise their mistake and then withdraw that price then no, they don't have to honour. They can, however, offer it to you at the new price for your consideration.

Shops are covered the same. If they advertise one price and you take it to the till and it comes up with another price, then they can honour their initial price as a gesture of goodwill or they can refuse to sell it at that price and offer it at the new price.

The company could offer you the article at the stated price as a gesture of goodwill but there is no legal reason for them to have to sell it to you at that price, particularly if it would cause them to make a loss.

Not necessarily. A lot of advertisements nowadays will say that they aren't responsible for incorrect prices. If an item is advertised as $0.99 when it was supposed to be $9.99 and a lot of people come in to be it, they are under no obligation to sell it for a dollar as it could have been a mistake on the part of either the advertisement designer or the printer.

So if you want the item that badly, re-order it with the correct price.

Doesn't sound like they were intentionally misleading you with the price that they offered for the product. Sounds like a genuine mistake for which they don't have to honour your order. They didn't keep your money, which is good.

Surprise to everyone who has left you an answer of "no"...If you have placed the order, they MUST sell it to you at that price.
You did not cancel the order.
They cannot cancel an order just because of THEIR mistake.
They must fulfill all orders upto the time which they fix the mistake.

You should get in touch with their headoffice/executive/CEO. Just write a letter and send a copy of your invoice of the order.

No, they don't have to honor the order. When they cancel it they don't charge you for it -- no harm, no foul.
