That is not a good translation at all. Someone got that from one of those horrible online translators. They are just garbage as far as Latin is concerned. It did not even translate the word can. What it says is this: he + can (English word) + I am done. Latin is an inflected language and those online language butchers can't decline nouns or conjugate verbs. They can't tell the difference between a noun and a verb, either, so what you get back is such a garbled mess that most of the time you can't even understand it.
