Galatians 5:19-21 (NIV)
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Nowhere in this section does it talk about musicians not seeing heaven. However, it talks about the lifestyle that many musicians have chosen to live. But being a musician in and of itself will not cause God to condemn you to hell. After all, Psalms is filled with instructions to the musicians.
But the question was originally about the listeners. Are you going to hell for listening to certain music? Or, more accurately, is it a sin to listen to music (or non-Christian music, I assume?)
The answer depends. Music is more about personal conviction than strict rules. Some issues are. Read Romans 14 to understand this aspect of Christianity (while Paul is specifically talking about meat sacrificed to idols, the principle is laid out).
However, when listening to music, we have to keep in mind the many admonitions to separate ourselves from the world, to keep our hearts and minds pure, and to focus on that which is good and abhor that which is evil. Basically, if you're asking whether it's ok to listen to certain music/artists, you probably need to stop listening to them.

these are a list of a few works of the flesh. Nowhere is musicians even hinted. I do not know how you came to the conclusion that this meant musicians. You interpreted this wrong or someone else that is ill informed told you this. These works of the flesh can pertain to anyone in ny profession.
The bible never condemns music or musicians. David was a musician. It does not however say it is right or wrong to use instruments of music in worship, but Amos does say some harsh things about David introducing it into the worship.
The New Testament is silent on the subject. However if you read the bible and understand that anything that is good wholesomee and clean is okay and there are lots of good wholesom songs, but the bible also says we cannot leave the world and it gives guidelines on living in a sinful world.
Nothing was more detestable to the Jew than meat sacrificed to idols but the meat was then sold in the markets and you never knew if the meat you bought was sacrificed to idols or not, but Paul says to go ahead and eat the meat your conscience is clear, but if the person serving the meat says this was sacrificed to idols then don't eat it for the conscience of the servers not yours.
The point I am makind is that Christians can live in the world and enjoy things as long as common sense is applied and a good working knowledge of scripture is applied.

My translation doesn't mention musicians. This passage talks about the works of the flesh, the things that are sin. But we know that David was a musician. The psalms are music. I see it as what is the purpose of the music... its message? I still believe we tend to become what we listen to. This is why the Bible tells us to renew our minds.
If you want. E mail me and I will look up the Greek rendering and get back to you later on.

Where do you get music? David sang and played music, he danced in the streets! God doesn't hate music

"Now the works of the flesh are clear, which are these: evil desire, unclean things, wrong use of the senses, Worship of images, use of strange powers, hates, fighting, desire for what another has, angry feelings, attempts to get the better of others, divisions, false teachings, Envy, uncontrolled drinking and feasting, and such things: of which I give you word clearly, even as I did in the past, that they who do such things will have no part in the kingdom of God"
I'm sorry, where's the part on musicians?
