The car is not that old, so your best bet is to advertise the car (depending where you live) in an Auto Trader, specify that it needs an engine, and some mechanically inclined individual will buy it knowing that he can put an engine in at a minimal cost. Determine what the value of the car would be if it had a working engine, deduct appropriately for a blown engine, and someone will buy it.

Depends on the car. If it is a plain 4 door with dents, Scrap yard might be best. If it is a sporty model with a clean interior and a good body, someone will be interested in fixing it up or using it for parts. Even with 200+ the motor may not actually be "dead", many parts will still have little or no wear.

Don't sell it to a junkyard. Those sharks will give you next to nothing for it. It's not that old and someone who knows about cars will definitely buy it from you and fix it. It might be a simple problem, who knows? But regardless, rebuilding an engine is no sweat to someone who knows how. I agree with the other people that said to put it on Craigslist because you don't have to pay to advertise it and you can post up to 4 pictures of the car. Hope this helps a little.

You could always put it in autotrader. Just be sure to mention that the motor is dead. Pay 60 bucks to have the ad run until the vehicle is sold. There will be someone who will be interested in it.
