If you've had a medical work up...then you are overworked and just plain tired. Get more sleep.
If you are a Mom...it comes with the territory.

It could be a number of things, then again, it might not be anything serious either. If the doctor found nothing in your blood test, and you still are feeling fatigued, the other thing I recommend doing is keeping a journal of your everyday doings like what you eat for breakfast and lunch and dinner, if you get a headache, or anything, this way the next time you see your doctor he/she can look at it and try to determine if something is making you feel that way. You didnt' say anything about any pains or such or what age you are cause age does play a good part in the human body; so it is hard to give an exact answer. The best of luck to you. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season. Take care of yourself

Are you getting enough rest at night? You mentioned blood being drawn. Were you tested for diabetes?
There is a condition called Narcolepsy where the patient finds himself suddenly falling asleep, for no apparent reason and without warning.
Are you eating right? For a while when I wasn't, I felt ill and tired a lot.
Or- and this is a long shot- what about depression? Sometimes a person with depression will be fatigued a lot too.
Good luck!

If nothing was found when the blood work was found, it means that you have no blood
