Go into the control panel of your computer and there is a section for install/uninstall. Find the program that you want gone and select the uninstall button at the far right.

Go to the Control Panel on your computer, click Add/Remove Programs and find what you looking for on the list, click it, click 'remove' and that game will be Completely un-installed!

or use 3rd party software to remove even from
the registy
