Given that this boy really loves this girl and he previously has told her his real feelings, but then back then she only said just want to be friends. He is NOT stalking, just trying it once more because he is sure she will change her mind. They have not met for a few years.

But, what if she has got a boyfriend? What should he do? Will she miss what might be her true love?

This is one of those romance movie problems. When you were in high school, you already told her how you felt, and she "denied" you once already buddy. So that has to tell you something, either 1. she only like him as a friend, 2. she doesn't want to go out with him. 3. she wasn't ready for a relationship. But now as years passed on, maybe she HAS changed her mind. But she has a boyfriend now. You can not go into her life and just tell her your feelings, you have to keep in mnd that she is going out with someone else. You have to respect that. Maybe deep down she does like him, but he will never know. There is a great quote." if you love someone, you have to let them go, and if they come back to you then it was meant to be." let her go...and if she comes back to you...then you know it was meant to be, if not...she wasn't for him afterall.

sure it is possible to find you old high school love, might not be as easy to get them to fall in love with you as time passes from High School because we all follow different paths in life, and they might have already found someone else

First you need to find out if she is in a relationship-- marriage, engagement. If she is get a group from school together and go out as a group, he could see if they even like each other. Even if she isn't the group date hang out is probablly the best aproach.

Sure. Its ok. Who knows her feelings for you might have already changed. Anyway, if, supposedly she already has a boyfriend and they're very much in love, then just forget about it, just be friends and find someone you love. But its hard, i know. *sobs*

Never hurts to ask, but she may be a different person now.
If she's married, or has b/f, they guy should move on, quit wasting all this time!

Go for it, otherwise you'll always wonder "what if". If she has a bf don't insist too much, but at least try, you never know...
