im male, 5'7.and i want to weight around 70-75kg. but is it ok for me to weight like that? is it consider overweight, or maybe im too young to weight like that? and most weight will be in muscle weight, bcos i go to gym.

165 lbs? are you kidding me how tall are you? I am 5'10 and was 165 my senior year wrestling 175 the following 2 years when I played volleyball. Unless you are particularlly short your weight should be fine muscle weighs more than fat but remember when you are trying to bulk up it will be hard to loose the flab when your older without making yourself even bigger.
