Alright, this is a loaded question. Should a woman let her boyfriend take nude pictures of her with his digital camera? And, why?

Sure...it's no big deal and can be fun for both. BUT...he's got to allow her to take naked pictures of him as well. That way, she's got some protection in case he decides to show her pictures around at some point...a girl needs to be careful!

I think the real point here is “do you want him to take nude pictures of you”, and there doesn’t have to be a “why”
Is this something “he” wants you to do and you don’t feel comfortable? Then the answer should be no. If he cares at all for you then that should be the end of it and he should respect your feelings. On the other hand if this is something that you are tempted to participate in, then by all means, go for it.
Males are very visually stimulated beings. And the fact that he wants that stimulation to come from you should be taken as a complement. But if this makes you uncomfortable to the point that you will not enjoy the experience or that it may place additional worry on you in the future, then you shouldn’t do it.
It can also be a very exciting and daring sort of thing. The feeling of living on the edge or taking a chance can be very arousing indeed.
I would say that if you feel comfortable and since it’s only digital and can be deleted should your mind change, then give it a try and enjoy

It's their business and very dependant on trust. If the boyfriend has her approval what they do behind closed doors is up to them. If he's some loser sneak taking photos without her knowledge that's pretty awful. It also depends on their age, maturity, and committment. It can always come back to haunt you so think wisely.

If she trusts him not to show them to everyone or post them on the internet. What happens if you break up and he gets mad at you?
