You can ask him to go drive a very fast car, that should give him a rush, I dunno ... how can anybody be very very very romatic !?

It sounds likje you are not quite sure that you are ready for a relationship, and perhaps he is. So he is doing everything in his power to win you over. Just tell him to slow down, relax, and impress you with his mind, or fun, or whatever turns your crank-communication is the key to any relationship.
