It only hurts when there is pressure applied. I thought it was gas, but every time I pass gas, it doesn't help any. It doesn't hurt when pressure is applied on the right or above.

Could be a kidney stone caught in your left ureter (the tube that goes from your kidney to your bladder). Have you noticed any blood in your urine? You should see a doctor. If it is a stone in the ureter, it can cause the urine to back up into your kidney. Not a good thing.

Sounds like maybe a small hernia (opening in the muscle) - or a strained or torn abdominal muscle.

do ur pain come with diarrhea or constipation.have u ever noticed blood in ur stool?it may be a bowel problem.go and see ur dr for a better determination!
