Do you mean, compression to the neck?. The police are in fact looking for 'a psychotic killer' and this is difficult for the normal man-in-the-street to understand. In fact the person man or woman need not be large and is quite likely to be on the small side (stunted growth) possibly about the mid- 30s with a background of childhood 'conduct disorder' most likely was subjected to great or 'extreme cruelty' in childhood, brought up in care - is a loner and has an arrest record - is a confirmed psychopath - suffering from 'Anti-Social-Personality-Disorder' and is most likely to have been in prison and mental hospitals in recent times and is clever enough to evade police in the area where his/her crimes have been committed. In addition to all of that he/she will be a woman-hater not having any childhood relationship or natural bonding with a parent or care-giver.
Was more likely to have become institutionalised by the late teenage years.

to the killings in suffolk i got 3 ideas of the type of person.
1: he could be a heavy religous person, who see's prostitutes as wrong and against the bible and he may think its his duty to sort it out.
2: it could be a lady who's doing all the killings, she may have been totally in love with her husband, then found out or caught him in the act with a prostitute, which made her lose it and go on a rampage for a sort of revenge
3: a man who was totally in love with his wife, but he finds out shes a prostitute coz of money troubles, wife leaves him, he goes mad and goes on a rampage.
theres my ideas, i hope they get the person coz at the end of the day those women that died was only doing a job, yeh some may have been drug addicts but at least they worked for there money and not steal off people.
