For me.....personality.....
Looks will fade over time and you have to be able to talk to them. If you were blind looks wouldn't matter but you had better have a great personality! Ask guys that date good looking girls for a good length of time.....the looks wear thin....and you have to be able to connect on a least one other level.

I would say: 'personality" which means character,integrity, love and genuine concerns, positive approach toward life and life partner, and a tasteful balance between external and internal relationships. Looks can also be a part of 'personality' but since you have separated it, I would say that the 'external beauty' has no relevance or value if the internal beauty is totally missing. And love just does not care for the 'exteriors'. May be you know about some intense and famous love stroes. The arches of love are built on the foundtion of 'personality'.

Personality, definitely--looks fade. And you can't have a good conversation if the other person's elevator doesn't go all the way to the top. If you are going to spend any time at all with the person, he or she had better be someone you can do more with than just look at.

Why would looks possibly be better? You may be with the best looking person in the world and not have anything in common with him/her. Or maybe this person would have no sense of humor and be dull. Look at what's inside....that's what lasts forever (or at least til the end of the night!)

unfortunately the way the world works there are not many people who go by personality and they just go by looks..... neither is better i think they are the same.... you could have a person the is only ok looks wise and a great person...... or a person that is hot and a d*ck or a b*tch..... who would you rather be with, the person the is ok and appreciates you or someone who is not nice to you that is hot??????

Personality! I've seen so many people hook up for looks & after the 1st few weeks they see that is all that the person has going for them .Ends terribly!

you see when i fall in love, i find the most good looking girl, then i devlop a friendship, and if the personality is right i fall in love. so yes look and personality both matter to me. looks come as first impresion.and personality is second impression.

both. u want a person that is kinda attractive that u are going to be with the rest of ur life. u want a person with a good personality too. u want them to be nuce, caring, not grumpy, playful. do u know what i mean?

for me personality. looks shouldnt matter. its how they act how they treat you and how they make you feel. sure looks is a bonus but you dont need all that if someone makes you feel good about yourself and respects you like you should be respected
