Ask the embassy, not here.
They will send you all of the requirements by mail.
Alternatively there is plenty of info published on the Australian site, as indicated by Gillian above
As you know of a "General Skilled Category" you have obviously looked into this already.

Go to the australian govt immigration website. It gives you all the info you will need but you will have to hire a v.good lawyer to process your application as it is becoming very difficult to enter Oz. The process can take up to a year, unless you have aussie family or an aussie partner.
